What is kNOw Tech 4 Teens (kT4T)?

kNOw Tech 4 Teens is an organization that will inspire you to “agree 2 be tech-free” during a 24-hour kNOw Tech-A-Thon.

WHY would I give up my cell phone for 24 hours?

Because it’s going to be FUN (really!) getting better at balancing the use of technology. While doing it, you will raise money for charity.

WHAT am I going to do for 24 hours?

During the kNOw Tech-A-Thon, you’ll connect with friends doing really FUN things without the distraction of technology.

What’s your DREAM?

During the kNOw Tech-A-Thon, you’ll have a chance to think about your dream and how technology can help and/or hinder you reaching it.

WHO can participate in a kNOw Tech-A-Thon?

Any group, can host a “kNOw Tech-A-Thon.” But it’s designed for Teen groups: sports teams, faith-based groups, arts groups, entire schools.

HOW does my Teen group plan a kNOw Tech-A-Thon?

kNOw Tech 4 Teens will work with your group to plan a very cool kNOw Tech-A-Thon that is unique to your organization.

WHAT if I don’t belong to a Teen group?

Any Teen, or small group of Teens can plan their own kNOw Tech-A-Thon, or participate in a kNOw Tech-A-Thon being planned near them.
